Exchanges & Returns 

At Sleepy Patterns we comply with Finnish consumer protection laws, including your right to return or exchange goods bought online.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period):
Under Finnish law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. During this period, you can return the items without needing to provide a reason.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging and labels must be intact.
  • Certain products, such as cosmetics and personalized items, are exempt from returns due to hygiene or customization reasons.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing [Insert email] with your order number and reason for return (optional).
  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method, including any delivery charges paid by the customer (except for additional costs if a non-standard delivery method was chosen).
  • If the returned item has been handled more than necessary to inspect its nature and condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value.

Exchanges:

  • You may exchange items, provided they are eligible under the same return conditions as above.
  • If the new item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of returning the item and offer a replacement or full refund.
